Our Method
At Pilates House, we aim to create long lasting strength in the mind and body, helping our clients to progress towards functional bodies.
With each class, we aim to improve your flexibility, strength and coordination. Your everyday movements will become easier, be it weight lifting, sport (including Golf, Padel, Football, Tennis etc.) or just your average daily movements.
Our classes also aid in reducing stress and calming the mind. Using Pilates breath led movements, we bring calmness to your mind and body.

Anna
Anna, the founder and chief instructor, has trained and qualified as an instructor with Body Control Pilates in London. She has returned to her home of Muscat, Oman, bringing her love and experience of Pilates with her.
